Emmy it must've of been the challenging fast paced group. I was lagging behind, but thought how great the work out was. My friend and I totally enjoyed it. Challenging, steep hills, rock climbing...oh yeah. That was this group. :)

Sorry for always being the one last up each incline. I did end up being one of the first to the bottom though. Thanks for offering to let me use your walking poles. I did OK. I was the one singing carols as loud as I could all the way down.
