I've experienced spiritual union with just a massage! I believe tantra is the best way to experience union with god. Also, I trade with other healers. My modalities include EFT,Reconnection, Quantum Touch, Reiki, Hypnotherapy,Massage, Healing with Sound & Frequencies to name a few.

Everybody finds it very difficult to quiten the mind so Osho's meditation techniques are helpful to each individual, you are right one is transformed totally with meditation.
