Contributors and sponsors of an orphanage at Chiangrai Northern Thailand run by Pastor Cheah.

This orphanage is about to be closed because the sponsors are no longer funding them. This orphanage was funded by the Americans, but because of the economic crisis - the fund is no longer coming. Thus this orphanage is left to fend for itself.

There are about 60 children (from baby to 15 years) being housed at this orphanage. Jessica and I have been there and we have met these children and Pastor Cheah.

It is now living on a hand to mouth basis - funded on ad-hoc basis by some charities and other churches in Thailand to keep it going. The landlord of the premise have been threatening to kick them out as the rents are in arrears. If it is closed the children will be thrown out into the street and no one to care for them.

We are looking for persons who are concerned about these children and to contribute some money to their welfare. Write to us for more details.
