Introduction

I am recently returned to London having lived in Bath and Spain for most of the last decade. I am looking to meet new people, do cool things which enhance and improve my life and keep me living in the present.

Stop negative thought patterns, increase my productivity. Find more enthusiam and passion for life and stop being so self critical
