Customer collaboration is vital to Agile teams. Unfortunately, customers are not always as involved as Agile methods demand. What are the causes of inadequate customer involvement? What are the consequences on the teams’ ability to function and self-organize? In this talk, Rashina will discuss findings from her research that answer these questions. She will also share a set of strategies used by Agile teams to continue practising Agile methods despite inadequate customer involvement. She has collectively named them "Agile Undercover". These results were presented earlier in the Journal of Information and Software Technology, at XP conference, and at APN-Wellington.
Meet from 5:30pm for socialising followed by a 6pm start to the talk.
Venue: GE Building, 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland (opposite Countdown).
Wait in the central foyer, an Agile Auckland GE member will escort you up to the 4th floor. Nametags will be provided and must be worn at all times please.
Donations to help us keep these events and website running will be gratefully accepted on the night.
