Sometimes I feel a Scrum Master is expected to have Superman powers -
• EASY part is removing impedements for team in day to day work.
• CHALLENGING part is understanding people in the team, training and coaching them without making them feel they have two bosses (SM and their Manager) and winning their trust.
• SUPER CHALLENGING is to deal with the outside world - what information to distribute, how frequently and to whom. Basically how to survive in this new world surrounded by people with old mindset or not so open to listen to your ideas. Not only that but you have to convince them that we are on the right path and get their support.
