Forging A Path To Paradise: Why Retrospectives Fail and what you can do about it

Are you tired of retrospectives that produce few if any results? Would you like your teams to feel more motivated, engaged, and proactive? In this hands-on session, Agile coach and mentor Jay Packlick will explore why retrospectives tend to fail. He'll demonstrate how adding Pro-spectives as part of your practice can reinvigorate interest and help your teams find often missed opportunities to improve.

Great presentation - breakthrough concept? Can't wait for the slide. Will be using this technique on one team in particular.

Hi, I'm new to this group. Are the meetups at the Matrix Resources Inc or do the locations vary from meetup to meetup?

    Thanks
