Optional : Describe your current software practice - where you and your team are now and where you want to be?

We've got a settled team and approach based around classic Prince2 and ITIL. We are slowly moving away from proprietary systems towards more open source software. That is making us more interested in a smaller, more modular and more flexible approach to project delivery. My team is concerned with business strategy, project delivery and account management rather than the technical side of things

Please list : Any special topics you'd like us invite Experts speakers on to come and talk with us about? Or topics that you'd be willing to share on.

I'm pretty much a beginner in this area.

Optional : Which would you prefer 1) Expert speakers presenting to an audience, or 2) breaking into smaller groups sharing with others ? or 3) other, describe

As a beginner, I find it informative to listen to expert speakers and then to hear the audience discussion (involving the people who know what they are talking about!). But I don't really mind.

I'm interested in agile techniques as they apply to project management, especially in regard to IT project delivery
