Introduction

Hi, I'm Rob - a .NET developer. Started getting in to Agile about 3+ years ago, now diving more in to lean to supplement/improve the process.

Optional : Describe your current software practice - where you and your team are now and where you want to be?

Agile - XP. Kinda. We seem to have half the team running pretty good with it, the other half- not so much. I want the whole team to be ticking more boxes, and a lot more support from the top!

Please list : Any special topics you'd like us invite Experts speakers on to come and talk with us about? Or topics that you'd be willing to share on.

I'm really keen to hear solid case studies of how things are rolled out in existing organisations and working with/within non-agile teams. Any lean input would also be great.

Optional : Which would you prefer 1) Expert speakers presenting to an audience, or 2) breaking into smaller groups sharing with others ? or 3) other, describe

2 - I really like the networking and variety of meeting other people and hearing about the experiences. However, 1 is pretty important.
