Features: PowerPoint control from anywhere in the room (or Wi-Fi range), laser pointer emulator and screen highlighter, easy switch to other applications and back, and presenter-moderated audience participation via VoIP.

Advantages: No need for a separate controller. Your phone is your controller. Audience question can be heard in large rooms. Everyone with the app has a microphone. With easy application switching, flip charts may be unnecessary.

Benefits: The two apps cost 25% of an electronic controller.

Sorry for the sales pitch, but your flip chart comment reminded me. Oh, and anyone and everyone automatically gets a free full-featured 60-day trial of both applications.

By the way, Mark, the app I was talking about makes it trivial to switch between PowerPoint and any other applications you want at your disposal during your presentation; just a swipe of the thumb. Who needs flip charts?

It comes in two parts, the host application http://www.ryppl.com/Product?Vi..., and the phone app, http://www.windowsphone.com/s?a...

I might be able to offer my office as well. I am near the Orlando International Airport. I have taken classes with Doug before. He is an excellent teacher.

Always appreciate your support and Kony's. We will try getting back downtown this time. Would welcome a Lake Mary location in the future so we can reach members on the north side of town

Mark - depending on the number of participants, I would like to offer my office as a place to meet for this. It is located in downtown Orlando on Orange Ave. Let me know if you'd be interested in using it. Thanks!

No problem. Just so you know, I would say my office could fit around 10 people comfortably. Thanks! Looking forward to this session!

Might be tough for a talk as we usually have 12-20, but that may be a good space for lean coffee. Will keep it in mind.
