Talk: Using Kanban at Scale by Adam Beck

A key responsibility of executives delivering upon organizational goals and even those in the most traditional (P/PMO) Project/Portfolio Management Office in large corporations is to balance enterprise capacity with delivery speed. Those leveraging lean|agile practices understand that the best way to accomplish that goal is to limit, or optimize the amount of WIP (Work In Progress) for a given delivery system--whether it be team, program or enterprise-wide. Many lean organizations have been leveraging Kanban to manage large scale delivery systems for years. More recently, SAFe ( has incorporated Kanban techniques to achieve similar outcomes. How does this work and what is best for your organization? Come find out from Adam Beck, who ran and consulted to PMO's in fortune 50 companies as a PMP and now implements lean|agile systems at scale as an SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) and Accredited Kanban Trainer.

Just noticed that this is at the new Envy Labs location. What's the parking situation there?

Mikey, good question. Note that they are in their new location just SE of downtown. Easiest thing to do is go to the building, enter the parking garage under the building and go up to level P4. Door is open on that level so you can enter the building.
