    A few people asked if I could publish my slides so they could share it with their teams. I can do better than that. If your organization engages IT software and service providers like Kiandra and you can round up a few people in Melbourne then I can come to your office and give the talk and answer questions.     I'm always interested in discussing ways of estimating that initial velocity, especially if the team has never worked together before and there's an offshore component. Curve ball: in companies new to Agile where funding only gets allocated/released once.
