How to choose an estimation unit (between real, ideal days and story points) and which unit is best for what circumstances. Would like to hear about your experiences using these units. I am looking to drive thought consistency between project manager, developer and stakeholder(s).
We're planning to start with short 'lightening talks' on a few aspects of estimation followed by an interactive 'fishbowl' discussion that anyone is welcome to join.

JohnDidn't stay too far into the 'fish bowl' concept but found this an interesting way to get dialogue between other attendees.

Catherine VargaI was quite happy with the ideas and process. However, by placing the people in the middle in a very noisy place, I had difficulties hearing when somebody was not facing me.
