The guys from Object Consulting would like you to share the experience in delivering the MyVodafone Native Handset Apps (available now on the App Store and the Android Market).
It is not always easy to deliver a project for organisations that have limited Agile maturity.
The guys will explain the Agile journey they went through with the client and the challenges faced along the way.

YawenThe Case Study was well presented, a shame that the venue was a bit noisy from downstairs as well as the bar at the back. So it was a bit hard to hear the guys at times. Maybe next time choose a night when they're not having Trivia night downstairs or another venue!

omes etc. were the obvious. Also... this was positioned as an Agile project that had to function within a waterfall environment but the content was very light in this area. The Q&A around the testing process was helpful/interesting...

ChameeraThanks for the meetup and organising this. For me it looks like Vodafone adapted to agile approach without much issue and project was smooth with some of the positive approaches they had.(This is not the general case when you work with non-agile client I believe). Q&A session was the most useful and I believe it directed things to topic more.
