On this meetup two topics will be covered: Scrum 3.0 changes and the Impact Mapping.
1. Scrum 3.0: The changes in the latest version of the Scrum Guide will be highlighted and the attendees are invited to discuss the logic behind some of the updates.
2. Impact Mapping: Gojko Adzic' technique is a powerful tool that "helps to create better plans and roadmaps that ensure alignment of business and delivery and are easily adaptable to change”. It an easy planning and visualization technique aimed for consciously managing assumptions and focusing on reaching (and measuring) goals. Apart from introducing the technique through presentation and an example, we'll do an exercise to practice impact mapping as well.
The presenter: György Tokovicz (Tokó), a senior agile consultant of Sprint Consulting will cover these two topics above.
