Tackling the 5-dysfunctions of a team

A look at Patrick Lencioni's 5-dysfunctions of a team, the symptoms, the causes and the behaviours that help eradicate them from a team.

Working with people and building great teams is difficult, but getting groups of people to work as a team can really make a difference. When groups of people start working as a  team, continuous improvement can become part of the working culture and produce great results.

In this talk Sam Whiting, scrum master for New Bamboo, will discuss the 5 Dysfunctions of A Team. (Absence of trust, Fear of conflict, Lack of commitment, Avoidance of accountability and Inattention to results). He will share how to identify some of the behaviours and share some insights on how to handle them. If you have to deal with the complexity of people and teams, this should be an interesting talk for you.
