  • Dear all,

    Tristan Kromer is running a 1-day workshop on lean innovation ecosystem design on Thursday, 10th July.

    As a Silicon Valley based lean startup coach, Tristan needs no introduction! He works with product teams and innovation leaders around the world to apply lean startup principles to teams and innovation ecosystems.

    How to innovate without imploding.

    "One test is worth a thousand expert opinions." - Bill Nye

    Innovation can save your company, or kill it.

    This is not a step by step guide to implementing the latest buzz words that can lead to short term gains and long term catastrophe. Changing the fundamental practices of your company can’t be done by recipe.

    Lean principles can be applied by product teams, but also within change management to design an innovation ecosystem.

    Learn how lean startup techniques used by some of the most successful startup companies in Silicon Valley are being applied by large enterprises like Intuit, GE & Swisscom, and how to avoid some of the common pitfalls.

    Your MVP sucks - workshop

    In this workshop you will:

    • Learn the parts of an Innovation Ecosystem

    • Detail your company’s strong points, and where you need work;

    • Create a “first step” project.

    Register here to reserve your place today on Eventbrite.

    For you guys, the Agile Practitioners, we've organised a discount code - use "10today" at check-out and you’ll receive 10% off the ticket price.

    Please contact Craig Strong or Shirley Chin for more information.

    If there's one training event you go to this year, let it be this one - Tristan is not to be missed!
