In The Brain of Janet Gregory: “Just” Enough Process (May 16th, London)

Hi everyone,

I think that you guys might be interested in this event:

How do you know if you have enough process or too much? If we think about the two extremes:

-ignore the process completely (maybe it gets in our way of getting things done), or
-define the exact right best practice / process and follow it religiously.

Either of these two extremes can be harmful. Janet Gregory will give you some ideas about how to find the right answer, some ideas to decide if it is helpful or harmful, and how do you know it fits your team or your organization.
