 swer your questions about decision-making in cohousing and other collabora
 tive community living:\n\n* What are the myths we share about consensus?\n
 * What have we experienced good and bad in our group process?\n* What simp
 le steps make it possible to move forward?\n* What is different about how 
 you operate at different stages of community building\, from forming\, dur
 ing development\, to move-in?\n* How do you get new members up to speed on
  community culture and process?\n* How can you avoid folks promising "bloc
 k" feeling like a veto?\n* How does initial and ongoing training make a di
 fference?\n\nYour questions\, observations\, comments will be welcomed.\n\
 n**The Doctor Is IN!** ... is NOT a tour of any community. Rather\, it's a
  Q&A session designed to support the work of those who are Forming\, Build
 ing or are Living in a cohousing community. Inquirers\, seekers\, the curi
 ous ... old hands\, new hands ... all are welcome at this Zoom meeting. To
