Thanks Betsy, I actually do know Ben Pearl from back in the day when I lived in Davis. The Co-op there is a grocery store, but I'm wanting to get involved in community housing. He would be a good dude to hook up with again, I'm sure. :)

I just checked out Montery's website & its not far from where I'm currently living. Im hoping to find and available room, or build a community with others, but I'm wondering if open rooms are posted online? I just talked to someone on the phone who say my post and they mentioned it would be easier to find something once I'm there & that there are more options in the Oakland and Emeryville due to Berkeley having such a low turn over. If you have any advice & suggestions I wouldappreciate it!
