I doubt there are those who desire to explore this communal (communitarian) perspective who don't also embrace the "latte leftism" that seems so pronounced among those attracted to creating intentional communities

What skills or life experiences are you most looking forward to sharing with your neighbors?

skepticism, a love of dialogue, a willingness to lead a fulfilled life without fuzzy thinking

What is your greatest hope about becoming a member of a community?

I would hope to find a few other Bay Areans who bring to their lives an admiration for science, for critical thinking, who reject the "spiritual"--the meditational approach and kind heartedness (soft headedness) that permeates our region.
