To forming alternative residential communities for seniors that are not highly regulated medical model but places of sharing bad caring our visions and talents as well as using resources from the local community as we need them sharing services. I have been doing residential care and living work for over 30 years and lived in a community.
As a newly turned 65 year old who is basically alone and living solo in the world, I want a community of people to age together, share together into our aging. I currently own a small elder share community and would love to see this as another way of seniors being able to live and die together in our aging years. Age in place.
I am the owner of an elder share community for 12 years providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support, encouragement in a shared residence for seniors and disabled in Marin county.
