EVALUATION
What worked:
o Food
o Visiting Yulupa (+++)
o Information presented
o Hearing from an experienced developer (++)
o Got past own resistance
o Agenda - Stuck to it; Stayed on time
o Good stuff brought up (things others felt could be different)
o Exercise (continuum of attitudes)- fun & eye-opening
o Study group 1 focus

What could be changed:
o Invitation ? meetup.com process felt too controlling;
o Long-emails from organizers/too wordy/burdensome
o Next Steps ? too particular; don?t know enough yet
o Methods ? resistant to ?teaching;? prefer first hand experience;
o Find out more about talents, skills, inventiveness of people in the group
o Tension/difference between Michael?s/architect and Betsy/facilitator regarding participatory design; developer led vs. cohousing study group approach
o Didn?t like the Sonoma/California focus
o Wanted to see more new people
o Not ready for conceptual process
o Didn?t agree with all that was brought up
o Still don?t know how to do vision and values
