The 20# Club - a message from Jean

"If I could just lose 20#'s!
Heck, I would settle for 15!"

I hear this all the time, and often, I am the one saying it.
So...because we are AgingButDANGEROUS, we decided to "take action!"

We are looking for people - members, friends, work colleagues, family members, neighbors - you get the idea - who are interested in being a part of the AgingButDANGEROUS 20# Club and losing that weight!

We are putting together a strong program to support you on your weight loss journey.

      I'm planning on coming as long as I can get out of my driveway. I can't find anyone to shovel or snow blow it. I have my alarm set. Can't wait to see everyone and how they are doing.

    I started my tracking on Sparkpeople.com. I have used this in the past and as a Personal Trainer that has struggled with weight issues since elementary age it is still one of the best for tracking Nutrition. Exercise calorie counters are a range and a tracker. A personal Heart Rate Monitor is still the best individual guide.
