Lindsay, glad to see you're still around. Hope life has been for you, sounds like a full load again this year in school. You might like to try the Meetup group; Portland-Guitar-Group, it's very casual and Lance is a very patient person as well as being an accomplished player. It's set up mostly for beginning or intermediate players, but is open to all. They meet at a small bar on east Sandy Blvd, around 23rd Ave, I think. Don't meet that often but it is worth checking out. Take care.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I look forward to meeting everyone. Are you still planning to meet at 7 or have you decided on an earlier time? I have an appointment in Beaverton from 5-6 pm so the earliest I would be able to make it is around 7 pm. If you are planning an earlier meeting time, that's cool. I'm sure there will be other similar events that I'll be able to attend.

Lindsay, I believe 5 would be fine. I thought we needed a permit for power, or was that just the Square? I can bring my amp and a cord just in case. I don't have a mic though. I might call you.

Lindsay - 5:00 would probably be great. But my amp still hasn't come in yet, so don't know if we'll be wired or not.

Lindsay, I purely enjoyed coming and sharing with your group. It met all my expectations and even the ones I didn't realize I had! You are personally very encouraging and honest and lead others in that. Thank you so much for you amazing hospitality. We should go out for coffee one of these days:) Call me and we'll set something up.

Lindsay, Thats what I had in mind if I have any energy left. Didn't really want to call and interupt, but not much choice on this one.
