Managing Communication for Business Analysts

Do you often wonder why some people are easier to work with that others? That they seem to understand where you are coming from? This session will look at our communication styles and use some fun tools to understand we aren't all the same and being open to adapt yourself and your communication style might make both ourselves and life even more successful and enjoyable!!

From home to work and everywhere in between, communication is the key to great relationships and Anna McNaughton will share some strategies to have us explore what we are saying and even more importantly the how.

About the Speaker

Anna McNaughton is qualified as a Master Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy ® & Hypnosis. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Services, Certificate in Adult Teaching, Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Diploma in Applied Hypnotherapy. From a career in mental health, she moved into health promotion and corporate wellness training. She spends her time these days as a Learning and Development Manager for a large not for profit and as a coach, facilitator and consultant in the corporate world for her business 'workandplay'.

Anna knows how to work with people and how to help people get the most out of themselves and others. Anna is passionate about helping people move from unresourceful states to positive and resourceful ones in a relaxed and congruent way.
