Will do :)
Hi, sorry for the late response. I do not. I was not aware those two organizations existed.
Hi Mims,
Thanks for the encouragement on secular parenting in the south. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone in the Humanist movement in this part of the US. Sorry you weren't able to access the AHA facebook page. I made need to fiddle with the privacy settings. I thought I had it open to the public. I'll send you an email. Cheers.
Mims,
Welcome to ALOR!! Hope you can make the talk at USA on Thursday!!
Chuck
It was so good to have finally met you! I enjoyed your conversation and I look forward to seeing you next month.
I'm thinking about attending tomorrow. If I am able to join yall, do I need to bring anything?
Thank you. I was unable to attend the last meeting but hope to attend one soon and maybe bring my dad.
Mims,
I setup the Meetme account so people could find our SGI Buddhist community.
We are planning a New Years Meeting. Our tradition is to have a short chanting session/meeting
and then have a pot luck lunch. There should be about 30 - 50 people there. You are invited to attend. It will be at Tim an Yoneko Lockey's house.
Location: 2310 Broadmoor Place, Gulfport, MS 39501
Date/Time: 01/01/2011 at 10am
Call me at [masked] if you need directions.

Mims, I'm Chuck VonDerAhe from Mobile. I am assisting in establishing the Secular Student Alliance @ Univ of South Alabama. On September 11th we have Hemant Mehta (the FriendlyAtheist
.com and author of "I Sold My Soul on eBay") coming in to speak @ USA. Wanted to invite you and your members to join us. The group from Pensacola and possibly the group from Montgomery, AL are coming... With y'all joining in it could be a great time! Send me a contact phone # for you (or call me @ [masked]).
Welcome to the group! The group I'm sponsoring hasn't achieved liftoff yet, but I'd still be happy to swap notes if you're so inclined.
