I think I see what your are trying to capture. The problem is that the human eye go the the sharpest, brightest, or most colorful thing in an image. So, here, my eye goes directly to the sharp windows on the left and never really moves away toward the more interesting (to me, anyway) patterns in the right 2/3 of the image. You might want to try to crop off the left side of the image to make the diagonal line end in the lower left corner. I don't think tat the remaining sharp windows will dominate the image so much, especially if you darken them more.

Thanks for you detailed comment, John. For me, I kind of like the contrast between the left building and the right one. I also have some that are cropped more like what you suggest, and those are interesting, too! It's fun to explore all the different ways to express what I see.

Such a beautiful shot! My eye goes immediately to the "fluidity" of the glass. Makes me see this building in a whole new way. Interesting how cropping changes a photo. I'd love to see some of your other shots.
