Alamo City Bully Breeds United Pit Bull education class combines basic obedience training with Pit Bull education and responsible dog ownership information. Learn training techniques; work on basic obedience (sit, down, stay, come and loose leash walking). Learn about the type of collars, leashes, and equipment that are good to use for medium to large dogs like Pit Bulls.  Learn about canine nutrition facts and what’s really in commercial dog food.  Questions about behavior issues, the breed in general, managing multiple dog households, etc. are welcome.  

The purpose of these classes is not for rehoming dogs; the classes are intended to help you keep your dog in your home.  

AKC Star Puppy/Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) will be given after completion of 6 week course.  Note: Class sizes are limited to 5 dogs.

You need ONLY RSVP for week 1 to sign up for the entire six week course. The cost is $75 for ALL six weeks; cash or money orders accepted ( no checks please). Proof of vaccinations must be provided on week 1. Puppies under 4 months not required rabies vaccinations.  Dogs must be 12 weeks or older to participate.  Classes contingent upon rain but total classes will last six weeks! (Classes will be held in drizzle/sprinkles and only postponed for actual hard RAIN) :)

Classes begin at 12:00 p.m.
(Bring leash, collar and treats to class; clicker will be provided week 1).   Note:  There will NOT be a class on 2/19 & 3/18.
