Why should you become a member of Alamo City Weight Pull Club?

 

Alamo City Weight Pull is a non-profit corporation registered in the state of Texas for the purpose of serving as a sanctioned UKC weight pull club; providing San Antonio and south Texas dog owners and their dogs interested in the sport of weight pull a place to be.

 

The information, camaraderie, and fun you find on this message board is provided at no expense to you by Alamo City Weight Pull, because we strongly believe in the sport of weight pull and the bond it brings between dogs and owners.

 

By becoming an official member of ACWP, you can help us as we:

  • Host United Kennel Club sanctioned weight pull events which bring positive recognition for responsible dog owners in the Alamo City. 
  • Fight legislation that may negatively impact dog ownership. 
  • The more members ACWP has, the more effective we can be!

    "Gave it four stars as I learned I can put the canopy up by myself. Please in the future if you say you are coming please come. We put a lot of time transferring weight, chains, canopy and water for you who said you were coming...."
