Woodlawn Lake Run - Speed Work or HIIT Training - the Cove post run

This location is shown only to members

Let's do 3-4 laps around the lake, each lap is 1.3 miles. Feel free to do more or less according to your training plan. We will incorporate speed workouts or HIIT training for those interested.

 

Walkers, family, 4 legged friends, and runners of all levels welcome!

 

Post run, please join us to The Cove. Visited last week and loved it! Famous for their fish tacos, it's the best I've had! Other great healthy delicious items on their menu and live band, check it out! 

Tip: bring change of dry clothing and appropriate for the weather, in case we are seated outside.
