yup. kids are welcome although my house doesn't have any kid toys so bring some along if needed. for those who haven't been here I live in a yellow duplex off 20th (left side of the road if coming from E street). it has a wrap around porch on the top floor and you can park in the street and come UP the stairs. be carefull with the recent melting it can get slippery.
