Yup, I biked today. Was going to swim, but the tri group decided to take advantage of the "warm" weather and ride. Sorry you had to run solo, the long run is good for me, so I'm pretty sure I'll be running some more. Give a shout if you have time in the morning to do a run mid week and need some company. ALOHA!
