This is a rally to protest the emergency New York State Health Department regulation that requires virtually all health care workers in the state to receive Influenza vaccinations, including the annual seasonal flu shot. It also requires them to receive the H1N1 vaccine this year.
There is a great deal of discontent among health care workers over this regulation, which was announced just weeks before the deadline. A group of nurses from Poughkeepsie is sponsoring this rally and sending a couple of busloads of people. We are contacting people all over the state and have invited some well known vaccine rights activists from downstate. This could be a blow out If we get the word out.
Time is short. The deadline for vaccinations is October 16th for Albany Med. The best chance of stopping this before then is a very large turnout on Tues September 29.

A large number of people are upset about this. They are looking for a way to fight back. Please print out the “VaxRallyFlyer” from the files page and pass it out to anyone you know in the health care field. And please come yourself if you can.

a very good turn out...lots of angry citizens protesting the mandated vaccine shot! Lots of Campaign for Liberty folks.

The New York State Nurses Association is even against the mandated vaccine. The vaccine is untested, unproven and if it injures or kills you, the pharmaceutical company cannot be sued or held liable in any way. They are completely protected by the government from any liability. This is a complete trampling of our basic civil rights and everyone must speak out against this.
