My name is Kyra. I'm a member of Albany NY Fitness and couldn't be happier. I'm excited for the Brand New Location and all the new group members to join in our group fitness classes!!

I am already a member of Albany NY Fitness. This was my first year at a new job and a tough one; I'm pumped to get back on track!!
Is staying with a regular routine easy for you ?
For the most part I do well with routines. Of course I'm jump starting my routine (again) this month!
