We're so sorry about the way we got worked up over the tickets at the end of the trivia night. We were excited overtired, and overwhelmed by all the quick last minute decisions that had to be made. We were solely focused on doing the right thing for all the players and were being extracautious. We treated you badly and hope you'll accept our apologies for the heated way we reacted.
