I'm a 54-year-old, full-time working wife and mother who happens to be overweight, and I just have no motivation to exercise or try to diet. =(
I just T-R-Y to eat what I want only smaller portions, but I never seem to stick to it.
I hate exercise, so would walking up and down our basement stairs as I do laundry count? =)
Walking is the ONLY exercise I enjoy.
