Introduction

I'm a 54-year-old, full-time working wife and mother who happens to be overweight, and I just have no motivation to exercise or try to diet. =(

What diet plan if any are you following/plan to follow?

I just T-R-Y to eat what I want only smaller portions, but I never seem to stick to it.

What is you fitness level?

I hate exercise, so would walking up and down our basement stairs as I do laundry count? =)

What kinds of exercise do you like to do?

Walking is the ONLY exercise I enjoy.

When are you most available? (day/afternoon/nights, weekdays/weekends)

Monday nights.

What is your goals/expectations for joinin this group?

Hoping to meet women that can get me motivated into realizing the importance of losing weight and moving, especially at my age.
