Introduction

My name is Carol Jurs. I am the owner or Music Box Arts and have recently started using an amazing weight loss product.

What diet plan if any are you following/plan to follow?

I have followed several but currently I am using a product that makes weight loss the easiest thing that I have every done. I do not count points, I have lost my cravings and I have more energy and feel better than ever.

What is you fitness level?

Fitness level is moderate. I teach kids and I am pretty active although I do need to make a point of increasing my fitness activities.

What kinds of exercise do you like to do?

I like to walk, to use my pilates machine and to dance.

When are you most available? (day/afternoon/nights, weekdays/weekends)

I am most available afternoons,evenings and weekends. I teach most mornings and a handful of afternoon and evenings.

What is your goals/expectations for joinin this group?

To find others who are also struggling with weight loss and to find ways to make the process as painless as possible.
