Introduction

I live in Saratoga Springs and I work in Albany. I am a Long Island transplant who has lived Upstate for the past twelve years. I'm looking to socialize/network through common interests but I'm always willing to explore new adventures.

What kind of activities do you want to do with our group? Flying? Skydiving? Kayaking? Hiking? Or light adventures like dinner & a movie?

Hiking, Yoga, Kayaking. Networking through social activites like the theatre or dinning out.

What was your all time favorite trip?

In 1985, I spent the Summer in the Middle East. I was able to witness incredible scenery while on desert mountain hikes and the beauty of swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. While there I also worked on a (Kibutz) commune in the Negev desert.

What's the next trip you're planning?

Spend a day skiing at Gore Mountain. Getting up there early so I can hit the slopes all day.

Favorite weekend trip?

Last Summer I went up to the Adirondacks to go camping and swimming in Lake George.

Favorite day trip from Albany?

When I went down to NYC for the day via amtrack and saw a show Titanic and had dinner out. Luckily we were able to close our eyes on the train ride home. It was a long day but enjoyable.

Thanks, Adam, for stepping up to the plate and taking our Meetup group. Lets have a planning meeting some Sunday, perhaps brunch time or dinner time, maybe a diner like Rt 7 or Panera's at Latham Farms?

Hi Adam, sorry you couldn't join us last night. It was alot of fun and a good venue. If you haven't been to Vin Santo, check it out. There's a wine tasting this afternoon at All Star Liquors, next door to the Tapas Lounge, and Vin Santo has great appetizers.
