PLEASE NOTE: Runners of all abilities are encouraged to join. I highly recommend members have at least some running experience, are in good physical health, and consistently run a minimum of 1-2 times per week. Some of our runs may be more difficult than others due to changes in elevation. Information such as pace and difficulty will be posted for runs. Prior to each of our runs, we will discuss everyone's comfort level and what our approach to the run will be: everyone at their own pace, everyone at their own pace AND regroup at junctions in the trail to ensure nobody gets lost, etc. Please email me directly if you have any questions.
