Join in for around an hour each month for a simple practice and ancient breathing technique that can help you release energetic blocks, develop peace and relaxation as well as find emotional freedom. We will perform a simple 3 part breathing technique (new participants will be taught how) which helps us busy in our heads westerners quiet our minds. We lie down, do the breath while listening to beautiful music, then lie still as we experience a wonderful peaceful place. Plus, we will meet new and interesting people.
