I just moved back to ABQ, with my Fibromyalgia, back problems & Interstitial Cystitis, but try to stay as active as I can. Water Exercise keeps me going. After missing NM for so many years, I want to feel good enough to enjoy being in my real home.
2000
It has helped me enjoy exercise on a regular basis. Almost every time I get in a warm water pool, I at least feel a little better. I used to be a loner, but now find sharing struggles with others can be encouraging.
I've already made suggestions for meetup ideas & will come up with more. I've had an especially hard time recently, but am working on feeling better so I hopefully will be more involved.
At least once a month, probably more.
Just what we need...fun things to do with fun & interesting women who understand how each other feel,

You know, I probably should vary the location. I had in mind that it would be easier for people to remember it if it was at the same location.
Hi Bonnie, the book we chose in Jan. for the May meeting is The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. I got a copy from the library. The date for the meeting is TBD (possibly Thurs. May 5th or Tues. May 10th. If you are coming to the Botanical Garden Meetup on Tues. maybe we can talk about it then. Hope you are feeling better. Take care.
Bonnie, thanks for your help with planning the March meetup. It made my life easier. I'm truly overwhelmed and not getting things done like I should. Your effort is appreciated.
We were all thoroughly impressed with your BEAUTIFUL ornaments, Bonnie! Thanks so much! Happy Holidays!
Thanks for the AMAZING ornaments Bonnie! I love the pink one you made! So perfect!!!
Hey, bonnie, thanks for your understanding and compassionate words. It helps! I still miss her dreadfully, the everyday stuff is the worse. She definitely left a "hole" in our heart--and our family. We're going to wait until spring to introduce another dog into our family. So sorry to hear that your eye condition is keeping you off the computer. Feel free to give me a call--I'm a bit housebound at the moment, mostly doing housework etc., and I would love to be interrupted! Donna K.
Yes, Bonnie they are all mine. I actually have 7 I used to have more. I have had to slim down. They all got nice homes through ACAT. We need to find homes for a few more. My roommate wants to get it down to 4, which is a little more reasonable, but it's hard because they are all my babies. And you are right they do help when nothing else does. I have two boys that love sleep with me during day or lay and one of the two sleeps with me at night occasionally if I say so :)
