Let's get together and create soothing sounds with crystal bowls

Come feel the live vibrations of the exquisite Alchemy™ quartz crystal singing gem bowls. Learn to use them for deep meditation and healing.

Doors open at 6:45, and we'll settle in with ginger tea. The program will start promptly at 7:00. Each session will be unique, responding to the energy and needs of those gathered. I’ll play the bowls and chant for you, blending overtone singing and Reiki into the mix. I’ll lead you in vocal toning your chakras. Then together we’ll co-create a meditative crystal bowl soundscape and we’ll take turns giving each other a “sound massage”. Bring your own bowls, or play some from my large collection.

No experience needed. I'll show you how to play the bowls, tone your chakras with your voice, do overtone chanting and other sound healing techniques, according to your interests. I’ve got a Sound Healing Certificate from the International Sound Healer’s Association--so I can cover all the bases.

There will be a THEME each time.  For April, in honour of Earth Day, it's UNITY. A few meditative readings on Unity will be read with the music. If you have a short poem or quote that you like on this topic, please bring it along to share.

Donations appreciated to help cover expenses, but not required.

    Hi Gloria;

    I am going to the Goldman workshop and have a room with two double beds, so we can split my room if you are interested. I'm carpooling with Nancy, so many there might be more room in car.

    Hi Nancy,
    Thank you for such lovely words.
    I am reading a book right now that says the MerKaBa is Christ or Unity Consciousness.
    Looking forward to seeing you soon,

    Earth Day is coming up, so I began to ponder possible themes for our gathering this month…conservation of the earth's resources, the beauty of nature and Creation, caring for the earth and all living things. I settled on Unity, because of this description: "Unity …is a way of seeing the universe as one designed by the One who created us all. When you practice unity, you allow yourself to feel connected to everything and everyone. Unity brings harmony, like the music made by different instruments in an orchestra. Unity doesn't mean to be the same. …When you practice unity, you treat the earth as a sacred home…you respect all life within it." As always, your short readings, poems and prayers on this theme are most welcome in the circle. See you soon!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
