I am a professional bartender/banquet captain with over 2 decades of experience in fine dining and beverage service. I instruct at bartending school and give wine tasting and wine classes.
This is a marriage made in heaven. Bartender meets drinkers. I live to serve.
I only have a problem when I run out. That doesn't happen often.
What's said in the club stays in the club. We are all grown ,right?
Designate a driver. Friends don't let friends drive drunk.
I had a GREAT TIME at the Cocktails and Conversation last night. They wouldn?t let me ride up on the interior elevator. It took me 20 minutes to get the courage to get on that glass exterior elevator I haven?t been to the Sundial in 10 years. I sat at the bar, which is on the west side of the building and watched the ?sundown at the Sundial . Then I paid $20(tip included) for five wings drumettes and a diet coke. Met up with a lot of old friends. We talked about ?ole times?. Took pictures for my Facebook page. I was out of there an hour after sundown (7:30pm) If you are a local you probably went to the Sundial on prom night. If you are new in town you were in for a treat. The view is the best in the city. Rooms normally go for $200 a night. I was told that frequently on Orbitz.com you can get weekend rates $49-$99 a night. That ?heavenly bed? is worth every penny. This place is part of my seduction package.
