This is a group for people interested in the Alexander Technique, health, well-being and self development. I will be posting here information about workshops about topics like posture, movement, balance - in every sense of the word, emotions - stress/depression/burnout and peak performance.

On Tuesday evenings we meet to move and feel good with gentle exercises based on the basic principles from the Alexander Technique. The exercises are chosen to increase body awareness, release tension, improve posture, balance and general well-being.
