Bike & Lunch: Arlington Triangle beginning in Shirlington

Let's get some exercise and fresh air as we bike the Arlington Triangle.   This is an intermediate level ride of 16 miles, and the plan is to go about 13-14 mph, so we will be done by lunch time.

From Shirlington, we will take the  WO&D trail to the Custis Trail that runs parallel to I-66, then take the Mt Vernon Trail past the Nat'l Airport, and then take the Four-Mile Run Trail back to Shirlington.  Make sure your bike is in good condition.   Bring a helmet and water! You can find parking in the Harris Teeter parking garage right next to the library.   Other cycling groups tend to meet at the Library, so make sure you find our group!

After biking we will head over to Sam Becketts Irish Pub for lunch/brunch.
