a talk focused on the health and nutrition benefits of cacao and chocolate with Catherine Kwik-Uribe of MARS Botanical; and presentations from one of the world's greatest chocolate makers, The Historic Division of MARS; as well as "Make Your Own Paper Mola" hands-on activities for kids and families!

This celebration of one of the world's favorite flavors includes traditional dance performances by Tradiciones Bolivianas and Sangre Bolviana
