This unique yoga and meditation class is a contemplative blend of yin yoga (quiet, long-held postures) and slow-flow vinyasa for fostering a restful inner atmosphere. Explore your physical edges while looking inward to illuminate your potential for living with awareness. Each class includes intention, mantra (chanting), pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (physical yoga postures), and mindfulness meditation. This class is for established yoga or meditation practitioners interested in exploring the subtle realm.

This class is hosted at Pure Prana Yoga Studio and is subjecting to their pricing and packages.  If you're new to the studio, ask for their "new students" deal which is $30 for one month of unlimited yoga.
