In Le Havre French harbor city, fate throws a young African refugee into the path of Marcel, a bohemian who works as a shoeshiner. With innate optimism and the unwavering support of his community, Marcel stands up to officials doggedly pursuing the boy for deportation.

    For those of you in the waiting list, La Fontaine is a public restaurant so of course you are free to go and watch the movie. However, since space is so small in the movie viewing area, we might not all be able to sit together.
