Singles who are over 55 are a largely neglected demographic here on Meetup and in the world generally. It is difficult for them to find social events where they can meet other singles their age.  Though I am comfortable in and enjoy social groups with a broad age range, I realized that some of my friends, especially friends older than me, wanted a group that was more their own age. I decided to see if I could fill that need. 

The idea is to have happy hours, dinners, museum visits, dances, movie nights, game nights, etc. where active men and women can meet each other for fun events in no-pressure situations, where friendship and romance can blossom! If you are a Baby Boomer or older, this is the group for you.
